My computer has crashed, I need to transfer my license number to my new computer.

I purchased this program and still have the floppy disk. My computer with the program on it no longer turns on and I purchased a new computer-it does not have a floppy disk. I want to transfer my license but do not know how at this time. Can you please help me? Thank you.
