I purchased in 2015. No longer will open on my old laptop using Windows 8. Have a new laptop. How do I transfer program to my new laptop?

You can transfer the program to your new laptop by following these steps:

Install Personalize 'N Stitch on your new laptop.
Find your registration code for the program. This is usually in an email or on the packaging of the software.
Open the program on your old laptop and deactivate it by clicking on Help > Deactivate License.
Open the program on your new laptop and activate it using your registration code.
Your program should now be fully transferred to your new laptop.

Can I use my old license?

my computer hard drive crashed, I lost personalize 'n stitch and catalog it since I can't access the drive and it can't be repaired.
My programs were bought through Amazing Designs at the time. The number and contact information in my books are no longer working. Any suggestion as to replacing my programs?

If the license is still valid and not already registered on another device, it should be possible to use the old license to reinstall Personalize 'N Stitch on a new computer. If the contact information in the books is no longer working, the user can try reaching out to Amazing Designs through their website or customer support to inquire about replacing the program.
